Chichester Harbour Trust calls for hold on housebuilding

The Chairman of the Chichester Harbour Trust, together with the Chairman of the Chichester Harbour Conservancy, have written to Chichester District Council to call for a hold on housebuilding in the district until the new Government Planning Policy has been developed.
